MEDIA DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Designing Pay-Per-Click campaigns (Google, Bing, Facebook and others) around our needs
  • Ongoing Pay-Per-Click campaign management: writing ad copies for Pay-Per-Click campaigns, A/B tests and bid optimization
  • Optimization: plan, monitor and adjust activities to ensure the appropriate volume, cost per lead, margin and quality for all publishers and PPC campaigns
  • Provide the company with numerical analysis for decision making
  • Identify, evaluate and recruit new online marketing partners (publishers)
  • Manage the partners (publishers) accounts: monitor their activity and engagement, analyze their performance, economics and returns as a portfolio (deliver overall growth with solid margins). Support and manage daily activities of existing accounts; reporting, performance feedback, billing reconciliations, campaign setup

  • Curso: Publicidade de Propaganda
  • Ano: Graduados com experiência
  • Analytical Skills; able to work with large amounts of data;
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills based on analyses
  • Strong recruitment and negotiation skills; ability to build trust, rapport and close business via telephone and email
  • Ability to prioritize activities appropriately to maximize results, juggling with several parallel workstreams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills General Requirements:
  • Strong experience with numerical analysis to support business decisions is a requirement
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Excel required
  • BA/BS degree required in Business, Engineering or any related field
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and conversational fluency of English are requirements
  • Experience managing Pay-Per-Click and/or online media partners is a plus
