Internship Opportunity Regional Department

Main assignments

  • Work with IFC Brazil regional team to develop and implement strategic projects for the region. This includes but is not limited to: Analyzing needs and opportunities for the improvement of socio and environmental standards in large scale infrastructure projects; Researching and engaging with potential reforestation and climate change initiatives; Developing and implementing pilots associated with the long term economic integration of forcibly displaced populations
  • Perform analysis on main economic and political develops to support the preparation of internal reports;
  • Analyze pipeline and portfolio information in an aggregated matter to prepare reports for senior management;
  • Work with IFC’s investment and advisory team in conducting integrity due diligence on shareholders and key executives of companies;

  • Studying Accounting or any other related field
  • Graduation in December 2019 or later
  • Strong interest in development policies
  • Full command of Portuguese and English, verbal and written
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
