Work with Marketing Managers across different functions to create, and implement campaign ideas.
Plan, setup and execute campaigns to meet timelines and objectives. Create and maintain ongoing marketing campaign calendar.
Assist with campaign tracking and reporting, raise issues and make suggestions to optimize campaign performance.
Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
Work closely with Marketing Channel Managers (e.g. Paid, Partnerships, Email) to execute campaigns.
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers and printers, to deliver the campaign activity
Work with Marketing – Brand Voice to ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
Work with Marketing – Analytics / Acquisitions to deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis, evaluation of KPIs, and collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
Use features and messaging to create experiments to optimize and improve the program
Regularly develop, test and analyze new marketing tactics to further grow and expand the program
Create and edit content and layout using the latest web standards.
Provide accurate estimates of content development to feed into a content calendar supporting the launch of new experiments
Propose new traffic-driving content strategies
Manage existing merchandising locations by resolving merchandising issues.
7+ years professional experience in marketing, ideally within a consumer e-commerce environment
Deep knowledge of marketing methods and strategies; experience planning, developing and executing complex marketing programs
Fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese
Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience
Experience with offline / mass marketing campaigns and channels
Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
Experience working with creative teams to develop and execute campaigns
Strong analytical and quantitative skills (including Excel proficiency and SQL); ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Excellent documentation skills and workflow management
