  • Work with Marketing Managers across different functions to create, and implement campaign ideas.
  • Plan, setup and execute campaigns to meet timelines and objectives. Create and maintain ongoing marketing campaign calendar.
  • Assist with campaign tracking and reporting, raise issues and make suggestions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Work closely with Marketing Channel Managers (e.g. Paid, Partnerships, Email) to execute campaigns.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers and printers, to deliver the campaign activity
  • Work with Marketing – Brand Voice to ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Work with Marketing – Analytics / Acquisitions to deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis, evaluation of KPIs, and collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Use features and messaging to create experiments to optimize and improve the program
  • Regularly develop, test and analyze new marketing tactics to further grow and expand the program
  • Create and edit content and layout using the latest web standards.
  • Provide accurate estimates of content development to feed into a content calendar supporting the launch of new experiments
  • Propose new traffic-driving content strategies
  • Manage existing merchandising locations by resolving merchandising issues.


  • 7+ years professional experience in marketing, ideally within a consumer e-commerce environment
  • Deep knowledge of marketing methods and strategies; experience planning, developing and executing complex marketing programs
  • Fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese
  • Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience
  • Experience with offline / mass marketing campaigns and channels
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop and execute campaigns
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (including Excel proficiency and SQL); ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Excellent documentation skills and workflow management
  • Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
