SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER (AMAZON PRIME VIDEO)

Principais Atividades:

Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to engage customers with Prime Video and improve retention across web, mobile and TV applications throughout the year; programs including onboarding, retention, and win-back; provide input/create plans with measurable, scalable, and innovative campaigns to meet customer engagement goals; own and present to senior leadership key performance metrics around customer engagement, usage and retention; act as liaison to internal partner teams such as Prime and Retail teams; develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration; use data to measure and understand customer behavior and apply/share those insights to be used in our marketing levers; collaborate with other parts of the Prime Video org including Central Marketing/Engagement, Product Management, business Intelligence, Design, Studios and other locales to develop customer-obsessed marketing strategies; amazon is an equal opportunity employer and hires qualified individuals regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age or disability

Requisitos:

5+ years of relevant senior level experience in in online and/or consumer marketing, preferably with content subscription services and/or business management/consulting; excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others; 3+ years of experience hiring and managing a team; Bachelor Degree; fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English; experience in the Media and TV industry/space strongly preferred; experience with online retail a plus; technology affinity and track record of employing systems to drive simplification and change; demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; expects and requires innovation of her/his team; preferred qualifications: MBA; 10+ years relevant business experience; strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
