CRM SR ANALYST
- Plan and implement CRM campaigns.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations for campaigns and product improvement.
- Analyze and report on campaigns effectiveness in terms of additional conversion, lift, burn and ROI.
- Keep the CRM knowledge base updated with campaign information and learnings.
- Keep the stakeholders aware of the CRM campaign and test schedule.
